Facility near Denver, CO seeking PM&R locums coverage

Rates: $250/hr

Position Details

• Availability:

  • Full-time preferred.

  • Open to candidates available Thursdays and Fridays (7 AM-5 PM) and one weekend shift a month (5 PM Friday - 7 AM Monday).

• Schedule:

  • Rehab/Extended Care Facility (ECF): Monday-Sunday, 7 AM-5 PM.

  • On-call availability: Phone calls only, 5 PM-7 AM.

• Patient Caseload:

  • Practice Scope: 100% adult inpatient.

  • Caseload Mix:

    • Sports/Ortho PM&R: 33%.

    • CNS Rehabilitation: 50%.

    • Medical Rehabilitation: 17%.

  • Average Patients Per Day: 14.

• Team Setup:

  • 7 PM&R physicians in the group.

  • Locum physician will not supervise other healthcare providers.

  • X-ray services onsite.

  • 14 exam rooms available.

• Hospital Services:

  • 300 total beds.

  • Trauma Level III designation.

  • Referral/transfer from affiliated hospitals within 13-28 miles.

• EMR System: Epic (hospital documentation).

Qualifications

• Certification: Board Certified - Required.

• State License: Active Colorado license - Required.
