Locums – Fort Collins, Colorado, Physiatry (PM&R) Opening Clinical Role:

  • Rehab/ECF Facility: Monday to Sunday, 7a - 5p
  • Call Schedule: Must be available for phone calls, 5p - 7a
  • Percentage of Practice: Adult Inpatient - 100%
  • PM&R: Sports/Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%
  • Average number of patients per day: 14
  • Number of Physicians in a group: 7 PMR physicians
  • Locum tenens physician are not required to supervise other healthcare providers
  • Other PM&Rs will not be present during our locum tenens coverage
  • X-ray onsite
  • Number of exam rooms: 14
  • EMR System: Epic (Hospital)
  • Total number of beds: 300
  • Trauma Level III
  • Referral/Transfer Protocol: Affiliated hospitals transfer from 13 miles and 28 miles are most common
  • Required Scope of Practice: Sub-acute (Rehab facility)
  • Board Certified – Required
  • Active CO License – Required
