Healthcare United is seeking a Full-Time Physiatrist/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician with Pain Management expertise to join our established, single-specialty practice. Whether you’re completing your fellowship or looking to take your career to the next level, this opportunity offers mentorship, collaboration, and growth.
- Join an established practice with Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support.
- Work a Monday–Friday clinic schedule (8 AM – 5 PM) with 7 days of call per month (extra call equals additional pay).
- Precept medical students and residents, with mentorship opportunities for early-career physicians.

Requirements
- Completion of PM&R residency and Pain Management fellowship (or upcoming completion).
- Board Certified or Board Certification Eligible (must obtain certification within 5 years if eligible).
- Active Georgia Medical License or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this specialty.
