**Physical Med and Rehab opening in Great Falls, MT**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PM&R physician to join our renowned rehab team. Our facility has been CARF-accredited for over 40 years, making it one of the top five in the nation for longevity, with a focus on delivering excellent patient care across Montana.
**Position Details - Inpatient**
- 20-bed acute rehab unit shared with colleagues, focusing on diagnoses such as stroke, TBI, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, amputations, and more.
- Patient load: 5-7 per physician, with an average daily census of 12, and consults ranging from 3-6 per day.
- Call burden is 1:5, with a supportive staff of over 100 employees, including brain injury fellowship-trained physiatrists, rehab APP, IM hospitalists, and rehab-certified nursing staff.
- Onsite amenities include therapy gyms, PT/OT services, and therapy gardens.
**Position Details - Outpatient**
- Flexible clinic hours with a large referral network and a broad spectrum of patient diagnoses including TBI, stroke, spasticity, joint injections, migraines, and Botox treatments.
- Opportunity for outpatient and subacute care, medical legal services, MSK treatments, and more.
EMG Lab Information:
- Well-established EMG lab with three machines, performing around 24 cases per week with an outpatient focus.
- Conditions include radiculopathy, carpal tunnel, ulnar nerve compression, peripheral neuropathy, and motor neuron diseases.
