Position Overview:
Inpatient/outpatient mix with a dedicated 31-bed brain injury unit
Minimal weekend call responsibilities
Flexibility in outpatient practice
Consultant support with full-time medical coverage, including night call
Teaching opportunities for local PM&R Residency
Hospital offers innovative technology: REWALK, EKSO, RT300, XCITE, BURT
Resources include in-house neuropsychology, OT driving evaluations, social work, and case management for complex cases
Requirements:
Board Certified/Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Fellowship training in Brain Injury Medicine preferred
New or recent graduates encouraged to apply
NYS license and DEA required

Recruitment Package:
Competitive non-RVU-based salary with innovative bonus structure
Base compensation between $250,000 and $270,000 with additional $50,000 in quality incentives

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
