PM&R Physician Locums Job in Michigan | December 23- December 31
Details/Requirements Assignment #105326:
--This is coverage of the inpatient rehab unit, 8am-5pm.
--There is no call and no OT, 9 hours of patient care per day of coverage.
--Certification Requirement: BLS
--Trauma Level/Designation: Level III
--Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
--24 hour Anesthesia Department
--24 hour Lab available
--Number of Patients Per Day: 10-20 on the unit
--100% adult rehab
--Will not cover outpatient clinic – only Hospital Inpatient Rehab coverage
--Inpatient Rehab Unit (20 beds)
--PM&R required procedures: pre‐admission screening review and documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics, Discharge Summary/Med Rec, Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Post admission evals, face to face visits, IPOCS, PAPE/H&P
--Must be available for above dates
--Must have clean background for quick credentialing
--Provider must be local to Michigan
--BLS
--Michigan license
--Board Certification
