Locums – Bay City, Michigan, Physiatrist (PM&R) Opening
Clinical Role:

- Start: Dec. 23-31, 2024
- Shift: Covering 20 bed Inpatient Rehab Unit- no on-call, no overtime
- Reason for Locum Coverage: Vacation
- Patients per day: 10-20
- Staff Support: The physician will cover face-to-face visits, admissions, discharges, IPOCs, and lead Team Conference.
- Current EHR: Cerner
- Procedures/Skills required:
- Physiatrist, PAPE/H & P, TBI, Stroke, Amputations, Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings, Pre-Admission Screening Review & Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics
- Board Certified (No BE) - Required
- MI License - Required - not accepting IMLC
- BLS - Required
- Provider must be local - Required, no exceptions
- Must be available for above dates - Required
