Work Dates Needed: Ongoing
Preferred Schedule: M-F 7a-4p
Worksite Setting: Inpatient rehabilitation
Scope of Work: Manage and treat 8 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. Rehabilitation unit provides a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation care. Care is provided to patients as a result of CVA, Orthopedic injuries/surgeries, amputations, neurological disorders, neuromuscular disorders, major trauma, brain injury, and de-conditioned patients. The team consists of rehabilitation physicians, rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case management. Other team members may include nutritional services, pharmacy, wound care, and respiratory care.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NC license, BLS, DEA.
You may qualify for an expedited NC license if you are currently board certified, hold an active state license in any state for the previous 5 years, have been actively practicing clinical care for an average of 20 hours or more per week for at least the last two years, and have a clean background/history.
