We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physiatrist (PM&R) with at least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation to join our dynamic healthcare team in White Plains/Yonkers, NY. This role offers the chance to provide high-quality rehabilitative care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage pain from injury, illness, and medical conditions.
- Develop and implement rehab plans to restore functionality and wellbeing.
- Prescribe medications, administer injections, and educate patients on pain management.
- Collaborate with specialists and monitor patient progress.
- Travel within NYC and stay current on No Fault and Workers' Compensation laws.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree, New York Medical License.
- 5+ years’ experience in PM&R (preferred), including work-related injuries.
- Workers’ Compensation Authorized, Licensed Acupuncturist (preferred).
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
