- Active Pennsylvania Medical License
- Active Pennsylvania DEA

- Responsible for:
- Admissions and discharges
- Face to face visits
- Preadmission screens
- Documentation into Epic
- Schedule
- Available via pager from 7am-5pm
- In person hours 8:30am-5pm
- No call
- Volume may be up to 16 patients per day
