This opportunity is nestled in a picturesque Rocky Mountain resort town, where the breathtaking natural beauty is matched only by the unparalleled outdoor lifestyle. Imagine living in a community of just 35,000 people, yet with access to world-class skiing, hiking, biking, and fishing right at your doorstep.

With no state income tax, one of the lowest sales tax rates in the nation, and quick access to a major airport, this is the perfect place to achieve a work-life balance.

Position Details:
This position would be working in a 15 Bed Inpatient Rehab Unit collaborating with a skilled rehab team, including experienced nurses, PTs, a speech therapist, and an OT, and work alongside Anesthesiologists in the pain clinic for injections and blocks.

  • Work Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility and freedom of a 4-day work week, with low patient volumes that ensure you can provide top-tier care while maintaining a balanced life.
  • Role: 25% Administrative, 75% Clinical, with a focus on building and growing an already successful program.
  • Clinical Work: Split evenly between Inpatient Rehab (50%) and a Pain Clinic (50%)
  • Conditions Treated: Focus on treating stroke, hip fractures, TBI, amputees, and multiple major traumas, with limited spinal cases.

Benefits:

  • Compensation: Competitive hospital-employed package with full benefits.
  • PTO: Enjoy 28 days of paid time off, giving you plenty of time to explore and enjoy your new community.
