Specialty: PM&R Physician at a Pain Management Clinic and Surgery Center
Start Date: ASAP (once credentialed)
Shifts Needed: 1 FTE
Reason for Coverage: Expansion/growth - looking to hire perm
Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p
Location: They will be at the surgery center 1-2 days/week and the remaining days in the pain management clinic seeing patients
Daily Volume: average of 20-25 patients

*Joint Injections with Steroids or Hyaluronans
*Epidural Spinal Injections
*Facet Injections
*Therapeutic Nerve Blocks
*Trigger Point Injections
*MR/CT Arthrogram Injections

Types of Surgical Procedures:
*Endoscopic Microdiscectomy
*Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD)
*Kyphoplasty
*Needle Joint Arthroscopies

Credentialing: 1-2 months
License: NY - they are willing to look at candidates who need a license
Certifications: BC or BE
Must be Fellowship Trained
