A leading provider of rehabilitative care near Richmond, VA, is seeking two dedicated Physiatrists to join their team. Their PM&R practice serves multiple different Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF), skilled nursing facilities, and offers hospital consultations. This is a growing multispecialty group that supports its physicians utilizing extenders and technologies in diverse settings.

Work-Life Balance: The team is structured to ensure that each physician works alongside a dedicated APP, allowing you to focus on quality patient care while they handle the routine tasks that slow you up.

Tailored Workload: This provider believes in working with their physicians to determine their ideal patient volume, in conjunction with APPs. The call schedule is one week on, and four weeks off.
