Job Description & Responsibilities
- **Employment Model**: Group employed, salaried physician model with competitive salary and retirement package.
- **Team**: Join four physiatrists in the Division with plans to expand.
- **Referral Base**: Provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians.
- **Care Setting**: 100% outpatient care. No inpatient coverage or hospital call responsibilities.
- **Medication Management**: No opioid medication management.
- **Patient Care**: Broad spectrum of MSK focused patient care.
- **Current Services**: Providing interventional spine care, MSK care, non-surgical orthopedic issues, EMG, sports medicine, and Osteopathic Manipulation.
- **EMG**: Potential for EMG if desired, but not required.
- **Interventional Procedures**: Focus on interventional procedures, primarily fluoroscopic based.
- **MSK Ultrasound**: Opportunity for MSK Ultrasound for both guidance and diagnostics.
- **Research**: Potential to develop research projects with support from Institutional Research center.
- **Sports Coverage**: Potential for local sports team coverage if desired.
- **Collaboration**: Close patient care collaboration with Bassett Neurosurgery, Orthopedic surgery, Hand surgery, and other specialties.

- **Academic Component**: Involvement with rotating Internal Medicine Residents, Interns, and Medical students from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, and the Columbia-Bassett Medical school program.
- **EMR**: Fully integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record.
- **Compensation**: Salary range: $219,000 - $309,000 plus performance-based compensation. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcares good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
- **Sign-on Bonus**: Up to $100,000.
Job Qualifications
- **Degree**: MD, DO, or MBBS.
- **Certification**: Board Eligible or Board Certified.
- **Licensure**: New York State Licensure.
- **Certifications**: BLS Certification Required.
- **DEA**: Required.
