Locums – Utica, New York, Physical Medicine Rehabilitation Opening (Willing to License)
Clinical Role:

- ASAP – Ongoing
- Shifts Needed: 1 FTE
- Reason for Coverage: Expansion/growth - looking to hire perm
- Schedule: M - F, 8a - 5p
- Location: They will be at the surgery center 1 - 2 days/week and the remaining days in the pain management clinic seeing patients
- Daily Volume: average of 20 - 25 patients
- Types of Injections:
- Joint Injections with Steroids or Hyaluronans
- Epidural Spinal Injections
- Facet Injections
- Therapeutic Nerve Blocks
- Trigger Point Injections
- MR/CT Arthrogram Injections
- Types of Surgical Procedures:
- Endoscopic Microdiscectomy
- Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD)
- Kyphoplasty
- Needle Joint Arthroscopies
- License: NY - they are willing to look at candidates that need a license
- Must be Fellowship Trained
- Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required
- DEA – Required
