Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive rehabilitation care to patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Conduct electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS) as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical records.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Valid New York state medical license and DEA registration.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in PM&R preferred.
Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a wide range of rehabilitation cases.
