Contract Details:
• Start Date: Embark on your rewarding journey with us once the credentialing process is
complete.
• Duration: Secure a stable two-year commitment with potential for future partnership.
• Competitive Base Salary: Enjoy a competitive annual salary of $450,000 complemented
by attractive incentives, such as a $30,000 signing bonus upon contract finalization, and
additional rewards tied to productivity (WRVUs).
• Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy a $10,000 relocation allowance, generous vacation
time, and full health, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401k plan. You’ll also
receive up to $5,000 annually for CME to support your ongoing professional

Qualifications
• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of Physiatry residency training
• Board certification or eligibility in Physiatry
• Valid Texas medical license preferred
