Coverage Type: Inpatient Only

Shift Details:

• Shift: 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday
• Schedule: Full-time, no weekends

Work Details:

• Support Staff: APP support
• Patient Population/Age: Adults
• Department Description: Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation
• EMR: EPIC
• Types of Patients: Brain disorders, stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, spinal injury, chronic pain (including back and neck), major bone or joint issues, severe burns, limb amputation, severe arthritis, severe weakness after recovering from serious illness (infection, heart failure, or respiratory failure)

Practice Setting:

• Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: NC Required
• Certifications: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days (name clear required)
