Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA Physiatry fellowship program, combined pediatric/PM&R or internal medicine/PM&R program, OR 2 years of practice in a rehab setting.
  • Board Certification/Board Eligible.
  • Previous medical director experience is not required but is a plus.
