- Open Dates:
- July 1-5 (Open)
- July 17-22 (Open)
- 8-10 hours a day
- Daily Patient Volume: 10
- Coverage Requirement: Covering provider PTO and CME while we recruit for PRN provider
- Support Staff: MA's, RN's, APP's.
- Daily shift requirements: Covering provider PTO and CME while we recruit for PRN provider
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Medical licensed in state of NH
- EMR: Meditech
