Facility: A 202-bed regional hospital, more than 230 physicians represent nearly all medical and surgical specialties, enabling full-service care with an emphasis on cardiology, cancer, orthopedics, and neurosciences.

Opportunity:
- Dates: July 10 5p-July 22 5p, 5p-8am on call, 8am-5p on site
- Orientation will be coordinated and take place on July 10 2p-5p
- Reason for Locum Coverage: Another provider is on vacation
Patients per day: 10-14
Provide information on support staff, APP coverage, number of providers in the clinic and on-site services (lab, radiology, procedure room): Therapy Manager, Nurse Manager, Administrative Director, APP coverage 5 days/week
Current EHR in use: Cerner - Procedures/Skills required:
Physiatrist, PAPE/H & P, Stroke, Amputations, Discharge Summary/Med Rec, Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings, Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Pre-Admission Screening Review & Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics, Daily Patient Face to Face Acute Consultations as necessary, Insurance Peer-to-Peers as necessary
