Facility: A 202-bed regional hospital, more than 230 physicians represent nearly all medical and surgical specialties, enabling full-service care with an emphasis on cardiology, cancer, orthopedics, and neurosciences.

Opportunity:
- Seeks a Locum PM&R physician to provide coverage from December 9, 2024 to September 1, 2025.
- Patients per day: no outpatient. Inpatient requirement 3 notes per week. NP on unit supplements. 14 beds
- Provide information on support staff, APP coverage, number of providers in the clinic and on-site services (lab, radiology, procedure room): full time NP assists with notes. Hospitalists can cover call if consulting model is desired
- Current EHR in use: Cerner
- Procedures/Skills required: Physiatrist, PAPE/H & P, Stroke, Amputations, Discharge Summary/Med Rec, Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings, Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Pre-Admission Screening Review & Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics, Daily Patient Face to Face Acute Consultations as necessary, Insurance Peer-to-Peers as necessary
