Location: Northwestern Ohio, the second largest city in Northwest Ohio and one of few in the region where the population is currently growing. About 47 miles south of Toledo, 108 miles north of Dayton, and 137 miles west of Akron.

Facility: A new facility with Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Endocrinology/Diabetes Management, Rheumatology, as well as Family Medicine and Pediatrics.

Opportunity:
  • General PM&R with ability to build and scale the practice and specialize
  • Musculoskeletal/spine evaluation and treatment
  • EMG/NCS and interventional procedures, medical management, peripheral nerve and joint injections
  • Spasticity management, prosthetics, ABI, electrodiagnostic evaluations and ultrasound guided procedures
  • Collaboration with psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery
  • Hospitalists available for consults
