Qualifications

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on the responsibilities of a medical director.
