One of my favorite clients looking for an Associate Director to collaborate with a very experienced team led by an excellent Medical Director. We are looking for a personable physiatrist with strong clinical skills to join a state of the art rehab hospital. Our ideal doctor is looking to have a case load of 15-20 patients per day with the ability to have a consult service or outpatient practice as well if you so choose. This hospital has excellent outcomes that place it in the top 10% of the nation’s rehab providers.

This is a very successful program with a very experienced and tight rehab team. The administrative team is experienced and extremely capable with many years in rehab and with the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician to have a balanced practice with the ability to develop his or her particular areas of interest. You’ll be an independent contractor with an Associate Director stipend. In addition, an income guarantee will provide the necessary runway to get your practice off the ground successfully.

Qualifications

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Active medical license in the state of Kansas.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to learn and assume the responsibilities of a Medical Director.
