Our unit, CARF-accredited for over 40 years, is dedicated to providing the highest quality patient care in Montana. We offer a diverse range of practice opportunities tailored to each physician's interests, including:_x000D_

State-of-the-art shared rehab unit_x000D_
Consultations and outpatient clinic services_x000D_
EMG, subacute, MSK, spasticity, medical legal, and more_x000D_
Our team is flexible and supportive, encouraging the pursuit of passions within the field._x000D_

Inpatient Rehab Highlights:_x000D_
_x000D_
20-bed acute rehab unit collaborating closely with physiatrist colleagues._x000D_
Focus on a variety of diagnoses: stroke, TBI, spinal cord injuries, neuro conditions, orthopedic cases, rheumatoid arthritis, cardiac/pulmonary issues, and more._x000D_
Patient load averages 5-7 per physician, with a daily census around 12._x000D_
Monday through Friday, expect 2-3 discharges and admissions each day._x000D_
Call burden at a manageable 1:5 ratio._x000D_
Rehab Staffing:_x000D_

Over 100 dedicated employees, including physiatrists and a unit-based rehab APP._x000D_
Supported by a dedicated IM Hospitalist for medical needs (Monday - Friday)._x000D_
Comprehensive nursing and therapy teams offering inpatient and outpatient services seven days a week._x000D_

Outpatient PM&R Clinic:_x000D_

Flexible clinic hours with dedicated outpatient clinical staff._x000D_

Well-equipped with 4 machines and a volume of 24 cases per week._x000D_
