· Start ASAP after credentialing

· M-F, 8a-4:30p

· Weekend call every 4 weeks

· Geriatric patients with complex diagnoses

· EMR: SCM

REQUIRED:

· Active ME License – willing to license

· ACLS & DEA

· Board Certified or Eligible

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
