Physician-led group of physiatrists is seeking a BC Inpatient Associate Director physiatrist for free standing inpatient rehab facility. This position will initially be for a 36 bed IRF with a current Internal Med provider that is also the Medical Director. In this role, you will start out as the program director for this location which offers a stipend for subspecialty interested (TBI, Stroke, Amputee, etc). In mid-2025 a new part of the building will open with 40 LTAC beds and about 40 IRF beds, at which point, you will move into a Medical Director role for the IRF as the current Medical Director will work over the new LTAC facility.

$300k+ production bonus + benefits + 50k sign on


  • Can be W2 or 1099
  • 5 days per week schedule plus 1:4 week call rotation
