PM&R INPATIENT JOB DESCRIPTION HIGHLIGHTS

We are looking for a full-time PM&R physician to join our already established and growing practice, Ability Rehab Associates, located in Salisbury, Maryland. We are just a short commute from Baltimore and the Washington, DC area.

• 12-14 acute inpatient rehab patient load with excellent support of mid-levels
• Opportunity for skilled nursing facility consults to supplement productivity
• Call coverage by phone and weekend rounds with mid-level currently one week/weekend every 5 weeks on a rotating basis
• Outpatient EMGs
• Opportunity for consult service at local acute care hospital

QUALIFICATIONS

• MD or DO with state medical license or willingness to obtain state license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or related discipline
• Patient-centered commitment to excellence
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Hospital-based physiatry experience preferred
