Practice Details

• Providers round on patients in Skilled Nursing Faciltites and Long Term Care Centers
• Monday through Friday with some flexibility
• Team approach coordinating with primary care, geriatric care, specialists, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychologyá
• Clinical Triage manages on-call responsibilities from facilities 7 days a week
• Group utilizes smart technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly into EHR
• Guaranteed base salary along with bonus incentives and a full complement of benefits
• Potential for leadership as a site Medical Director
