Physician-owned with 10 locations in NE Georgia, conveniently located one hour from Atlanta. Multi-specialty group is looking for Endocrine to join expanding 4 provider team. Looking for superior clinical skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented setting. Primarily outpatient clinical with minimal inpatient rounding. Group has Diabetes Educators on staff. Solid medical support staff.

PM&R:

Inpatient (brain or trauma focus) / Shareholder opportunity! Multi-specialty group. The physician-owned group with a significant footprint in North GA with over 200+ providers across 19 specialties within 11 clinics. Newly expanded PM&R unit. Inpatient (hospitalist) supporting trauma and rehab unit at a community hospital. Provide inpatient physiatry consults in an expanding post-acute network.
The acute care consultation service provides and coordinates care for a broad spectrum of patients with concussions, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, amputations, orthopedic injuries and surgeries, cardiopulmonary conditions and progressive neurological disorders.
This position provides the opportunity to develop outpatient stroke, TBI, SCI, and general PM&R follow-up clinics if interested, while providing continued support and growth to the inpatient consultation service.
Call schedule: Includes call coverage 1:6 of our 24-bed CARF accredited inpatient rehab unit. Hospitalist services are available during the week and weekends to assist in primary care medical needs.
Requirements: Board Eligible/Certified PM&R, GA license, or eligible, Brain injury/stroke focus preferred

PCP (FM or IM) Outpatient – Adult panel, no peds:

Performing age-appropriate history and physical for patients. Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specifi­c needs. Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities.
