**Pediatric Opening in Missouri - Visa Eligible** * Located in ***West Plains, MO*** - 100m from Springfield, MO. * Seeking for a compassionate, well-qualified pediatrician to join an established clinic with a thriving practice in West Plains, MO. * You'll discover a quality lifestyle in a breathtaking location. Come see firsthand why our strong community atmosphere, abundant outdoor recreation opportunities, top quality education, safe setting and soul-soothing beauty draw in people from around the country. * This is a hospital employed, inpatient/outpatient opportunity. * Accepts J1 and H1B visas. * Clinic days are Monday - Friday with expected volume of 18 25 patients/day. * Call is 1:6 which includes nursery call. (No NICU) Medical center has a level II nursery and difficult cases are sent to Springfield or St. Louis. **Benefits** * Competitive salary based on MGMA standards. * Up to $4,500 for CMEs and professional license fees, dues and journals. * We provide Malpractice at $2 mill per occurrence/ $6 mill aggregate. This is a claims made policy. If physician completes term of agreement, OMC will provide tail coverage. * Benefits include: health, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability, AD&D, * 403B matching up to 3% after one year. * 457 plan Top Hat Plan max contribution of $18,000 per year Medical Center is a 114-bed, not-for-profit health care system employing approximately 1,100 people and serving an 11-county area.
