Clinical Role:
Provide 100% outpatient pediatric care
No hospital call required
Light Phone Call: Currently 1:5
Option for extended morning or evening hours, part-time or full-time
Work with a team that includes 3 experienced pediatricians, one PA, one NP, onsite phlebotomist, social workers, and care navigator
Manage a busy practice with an average of 25+ patients per day
Offer care to a diverse spectrum of interesting and complex pediatric cases
Provide patient access for underserved populations
Select the patient mix and practice at the top of your license
Participate in community involvement and career longevity
Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
Support from pediatric hospitalist services available 24/7
Participate in weekly onsite CME and CME/grand rounds
Leadership that values input and provides mentorship opportunities
