Pediatric opening in Oregon -Located in *La Grande, OR* - Boise, ID 170m; Portland 260m. -Full Time & Permanent Position. Professional Details: -Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home. -Four 10-hour days per week. -1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians). -Average 15-20 patients per day. -Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day. -Behavioral health and lab on site. -Fulltime, permanent. -Epic EMR. -1:1 Medical Support Staff. Compensation and Benefits: -Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($305,000+). -RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold. -Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually. -Commencement bonus of $40,000. -$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time. -Student loan assistance. -Hospital employed. -Full benefits including a 401k match. -Paid malpractice. -Yes, to new grads. Oregon Tax Credit: The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of $5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated $9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. [The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.] The group is an independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics.
