Professional Details: -Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home. -Four 10-hour days per week. -1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians). -Average 15-20 patients per day. -Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day. -Behavioral health and lab on site. -Fulltime, permanent. -Epic EMR. -1:1 Medical Support Staff.
