Professional Details:
 Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home
 Four 10-hour days per week
 1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians)
 Average 15-20 patients per day
o Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
 Behavioral health and lab on site
 Fulltime, permanent
 Epic EMR
 1:1 Medical Support Staff

Compensation and Benefits:

 Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($305,000+)
o RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
o Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
