Position: Chief of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Location: Raleigh, NC
Full-time, permanent position
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Development:
Demonstrate a passion for comprehensive psychiatric care and a track record of leading clinical change.
Build cohesive teams and establish clear responsibilities and accountability.
Drive clinical standardization and organizational development across the practice.
Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief of Psychiatry to support clinical and administrative initiatives.
Promote financial independence of the psychiatry practice.
Clinical & Administrative Management:
Lead a first-rate clinical practice, ensuring excellent patient care and experience.
Supervise, mentor, and manage providers and clinical teams to maintain team cohesion.
Oversee operations, including fiscal management and virtual health delivery.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and organizational policies.
Patient Care:
Provide patient-centered, evidence-based psychiatric care for children and adolescents.
Drive a culture of excellence in patient care outcomes and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Board-Certified Psychiatrist with at least 5 years of experience.
Proven leadership experience in clinical and administrative roles.
Strong understanding of medical practice operations and fiscal management.
Experience with virtual health delivery platforms.
Skills Required:
Excellent supervisory, managerial, and leadership skills.
Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment.
Ability to analyze data, define problems, and implement strategic solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and web-based programs.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
