Duties/Responsibilities:

· Treat patients and perform clinic procedures and physical examinations related to licensing and specialty.

· Examine new patients to orient them with services and identify patient needs and treatment plans.

· Maintain appropriate records (including business/medical records) relating to all professional services rendered and/or recommended.

· Responsible for the timely completion of documentation in patient records.

· Prepare and maintain all reports, claims, and correspondence necessary or appropriate to the performance of professional services.

· Attend professional conventions, post-graduate seminars, and continuing medical education programs to maintain and enhance Physician’s professional skill and participate in professional societies on a reasonable basis.

· Provide coverage when other physician employees at the facilities at which Physician practices are unavailable due to vacations, holidays, illness, or attendance at professional activities

Education and Experience:

· Successful completion of an accredited MD or DO program.

· Board Certified or Eligibility to become Board Certified.

· NRP Certification Required

· Must be currently licensed in the state of Montana.

· Two (2) years of experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Able to lift 100 pounds to assist fallen residents.

· Able to lift 10 pounds for routine performance of essential functions.

· May be exposed to adverse indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
