Pediatrician needed in Willits, CA Located in Redwood Valley 1.5 hour to Santa Rosa, CA 2 hours to Sacramento, CA

  • We run a Pod model for our medical team. This consists of a group of dedicated Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and LCSWs to provide true wrap-around care.
  • We also have language immersive Pods to provide culturally competent healthcare to our pts.

You can live on a lake, in a picturesque valley, or in the mountains and still be 5-10 minutes away from the practice and a short drive to major cities. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Up to $100,000 signing/ retention bonus
  • Competitive Salary of $230,000 - $265,000
