Job Description
Would like physicians to be credentialed at both facility. Needing FT 24/7 coverage at this site ASAP and will look at providers who can help minimum 2-3 shifts per week. Can be flexible with 24hr shifts or 12hr. The need is expected to go for 3 months with the likelihood of extension.

Job Responsibilities
EMR system: EPIC
Reason for Coverage: Current Pediatric Group is leaving in December ; Do have another pediatric group in mind but nothing set in stone
FTE or Shifts per month needed: 2-3 FTE
Inpatient, Outpatient or both: Inpatient
Type of patients / cases / procedures required: Peds need to be comfortable with Newborn to 18 years inpatient acute care/ med surg/pediatrics 6 bed unit; no PICU at Kent ; intermediate and below
Patient Encounters per shift: Newborn assessment/discharges 7-10 ; PEDS on the unit 1-3
Available support staff: RN’s
Qualifications
Active DE license, IMLC - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/Background – Required
Working Hours
24hour or 12hour shifts
