Job description
A well-established local hospital with strong financial footing is hiring a BE/BC Pediatrician. Contribute to a close-knit team, build a fulfilling career, and improve the lives of children in the community.
Position Details:
• Join a thriving practice of 3 pediatricians and 3 advanced practice clinicians at this award-winning not-for-profit hospital
• See approximately 20 patients per day
• Continuity of care practice so care is provided in the outpatient clinic as well as in the hospital and includes newborn rounding
• Clinic support includes a dedicated LPN with additional MA/LPN assistance as needed
Financial Details:
• $275,000 Base salary plus wRVU production bonus paid quarterly
• Additional financial Incentives: $15,000 relocation, full medical benefits, and retirement with match
• Educational loan repayment - $100,000
