WHY CHOOSE ZARMINALI HEALTH?
Zarminali Health is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide. We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams.

Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter's name – Zarmina – means “something that is more precious to you than gold”. We couldn’t think of anything that better represents the way parents and caregivers hold the relationship with their children as the most valuable gift, and how we at Zarminali approach care for each child with equal reverence.

We strive for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a happier future for pediatric clinicians nationwide, and we are looking for people to join us in achieving this vision. If you are eager to join a growth stage company and be part of the early team that is shaping the foundation of both the company and the delivery of pediatric care, then this opportunity might be for you!

POSITION OVERVIEW
Zarminali Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated pediatricians to join our inaugural team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You will play a vital role in promoting the overall health of the pediatric population and fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and our community that will help shape healthy futures.

We are thrilled to share that Green Tree Pediatrics in Michigan is now a proud member of Zarminali Health. The Green Tree team has joined us in our mission to completely transform the way pediatric care is delivered. As we expand our footprint in the Ann Arbor area, we are seeking pediatricians to join our growing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a pediatrician at Zarminali, you will focus on:
  • Patient Care: Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.
  • Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.
  • Patient & Family Education: Supporting families throughout the full spectrum of the pediatric lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy through adolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
We seek pediatricians who want to be a part of something bigger. We recognize that clinicians wear multiple hats – care team quarterback, leader, mediator, translator – and our goal is to support and partner with them so they can effectively care for our patients. We are looking for clinicians who are excited about team-based care and who embrace these traits in their delivery of patient care:
  • Communicator: Manages communication with and across patients, families, and caregivers, fosters team collaboration and addresses communication gaps to ensure effective care management.
  • Advocate: Supports patients and families and meets them where they are while leveraging resources to ensure coordinated and seamless care.
  • Collaborative: Fosters team collaboration to maximize patient care, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • Tech-Forward: Embraces technology to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and improve patient care and communication.
  • Growth-Orientated: Fosters growth and learning for patients, families, and colleagues through innovation, adaptability, and skill development.
  • Family First: Respects families’ decisions, provides evidence-based care, and aims to keep patients in mainstream settings.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • M.D. or D.O. degree required from an accredited institution
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Michigan
  • Current and unrestricted Michigan DEA license
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
  • At least 2 to 3 years of post-residency experience working in a pediatric setting
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment
  • Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers
  • BLS/ACLS Certification
WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Enjoy a balanced work/life schedule with four in-clinic days and one dedicated administrative day each week, allowing time for charting, managing inbox tasks, continuing education and more.
  • Be a part of a team-based environment focused on providing high quality pediatric care within a mission-driven organization.
  • Access to continuous learning, skill development, and career advancement within a supportive and dynamic culture.
  • Competitive compensation package with performance incentives.
  • Work in a newly designed and advanced clinic that emphasizes patient comfort and top-notch care in a welcoming and calming environment.
At Zarminali Health, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for our patients, team members and the community. We believe that diverse backgrounds, perspectives and experiences enrich our team and enhance the care we provide. Together, we strive to create a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families and patients.
