Comprehensive Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $230,000 annually
- Productivity Bonus: Up to $50,000 annually
- CME Allowance: $1,000 per year

- 5 additional days for CME or personal use
- No weekends or on-call responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our care team, you will:
Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and well-child visits.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
Guide families on child development, nutrition, and preventive care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records following HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
We seek compassionate professionals with:
Education: MD or DO degree with Board Certification/Eligibility in Pediatrics.
Licensure: Active California medical license (or ability to obtain one).
Certification: DEA certification.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
