**Pediatric Hospitalist opening in St. Joseph, MI**
Located in the beautiful lakeside community of Southwest Michigan
**Position Details**
- Practice Type: Full-time, hospital-employed position
- Clinical Scope:
- Admitting and rounding on an average daily census of 2-4 pediatric patients and 8-10 newborns
- Manage newborns in a level 1 nursery with close collaboration with nearby NICU facilities
- Attend high-risk deliveries
- Perform procedures such as circumcision, intubation, and lumbar puncture
- Provide consultations in the Emergency Room
- Team:
- Join a dedicated team of three physicians and two advanced practitioners

- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Medical Degree (MD/DO) with licensure in Michigan
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
