Overview:
Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
Passion for the underserved and providing patient access
Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
100% outpatient, no hospital call, light phone call currently 1:5
Practice team includes 3 experienced pediatricians, one PA, one NP
Onsite phlebotomist, social workers and care navigator
Busy practice, average 25+ patients/day
Community involvement and career longevity
Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
24-hour in-house pediatric hospitalist services
Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
