Practice Details:

• FQHC with in-house lab, pharmacy, behavioral health, dentistry, and food pantry
• Join a supportive team that values work-life harmony and personal well-being
  • Support staff includes Medical Assistants for each provider
  • Approximately 2 patients per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional late nights until 7 PM
  • Potential for a 4-day workweek
  • 20% allocated for administrative tasks

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $220K+
• Potential for additional $10,000 per year based on productivity and quality metrics

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
• Fluent in Spanish
