Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 600+ provider group practice seeking a board certified or board eligible pediatrician (MD/DO) to join a group of providers in a brand-new, 45,000+ square foot facility opening in 2025.
Saint Alphonsus Caldwell Health Plaza will serve the community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible environment, located directly off I-84. With comprehensive healthcare services offered for the whole family, it will offer a multitude of services in one convenient location including: Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray and Pharmacy.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Pediatric Residency.
- Certification by the American Board of Pediatrics (or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment);
- Idaho medical licensure and granting of medical staff privileges.
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy,
- DEA. PALS and NRP certification.
