Providence Medical Group - Southern Oregon is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatrician to join its well-established Medford Pediatrics practice in Medford, Oregon. You will join a collegial team of four other physicians and two APPs providing quality primary care for a diverse patient population. Our clinic includes a medical home setting with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health, case management, medical assistants, and community resource coordinator.   • $50,000 signing bonus and educational loan repayment funds available.
  • Full time position; 1.0 FTE.
  • Outpatient pediatrics position with 1:5 newborn call responsibilities. Hospital privileges limited to rounding on newborns and birth center support.
  • Schedule is four days per week
  • Guaranteed base salary, incentives, and relocation assistance available
  • CME days and dollars, cost of licenses, paid membership dues, paid subscriptions, and paid board certification available.

  • Our clinic has an active site application on file with the Oregon Office of Rural Health for those interested in applying to the provider incentive programs.
  • National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site location.
  • As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
  • Position is eligible for J1-waiver and H1b sponsorship.
