Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking Pediatricians to join their team at 2 locations. Our physicians have schedule flexibility to meet their professional and personal needs, as well as a full support team dedicated to them. Findlay, OH has been ranked #1 Micropolitan in the U.S. ten years and running.
Job Description:
- Accepting full-time and part-time candidates (full-time is preferred)
- Opportunities in two locations:
- Caughman Health Center
- Wellness Park, Findlay - Opening January 2025! - Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
- Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
- Passion for the underserved and providing patient access
- Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
- 100% outpatient, no hospital call, “light” phone call currently 1:5
- Practice team includes 3 experienced Pediatricians, one PA, one NP
- Onsite Phlebotomist, social workers and care navigator
- Busy practice, average 25+ patients/day
- Community involvement and career longevity
- 24-hour in-house Pediatric Hospitalist services
- Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
- Will not accept candidates with lapsed Board Certification who need to obtain it again
- This is a permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.

- Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term. Range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations.
