We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Pediatric Physician to join our team in Reading, PA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional pediatric care in an outpatient setting. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary exceeding $175,000 - $200,000 DOE

Details:

  • NICU handles all deliveries
  • One in 5-6 weekends
  • One night of call per week with overnight triage service, with minimal call responsibilities
  • Work out of the Wyomissing office and one of the other three offices on a rotating basis
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Engage in continuous professional development and education

Requirements:

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
  • Valid medical license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
