We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Physician to join our dedicated healthcare team in Surprise, AZ. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, from infancy through adolescence.
- Perform physical exams, diagnostic testing, vaccinations, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Counsel patients and families on wellness, development, and preventive healthcare.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide continuity of care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using electronic health systems.
- Stay current on advancements in pediatric healthcare and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school program.
- Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Demonstrated understanding of pediatric clinical methods and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and staff.
- Basic computer proficiency for using electronic medical records.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillator use, per American Heart Association and Red Cross standards.
- Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
