We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Physician to join our dedicated healthcare team in Surprise, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children, ensuring their physical and developmental well-being. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, from infancy through adolescence.
  • Perform physical exams, diagnostic testing, vaccinations, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Counsel patients and families on wellness, development, and preventive healthcare.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide continuity of care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using electronic health systems.
  • Stay current on advancements in pediatric healthcare and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school program.
  • Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
  • Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification.
  • Demonstrated understanding of pediatric clinical methods and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and staff.
  • Basic computer proficiency for using electronic medical records.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license.
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillator use, per American Heart Association and Red Cross standards.
  • Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
