If you're an experienced, mission-minded pediatrician looking for a leadership growth opportunity, consider working at this large Federally Qualified Health Center in the Heart of Texas
THE PRACTICE
• Join a thriving pediatric practice of 6 clinicians
• See approximately 18 patients per day in clinic
• This position is 100% outpatient with 4 hours a month dedicated administrative time for the Medical Director role
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to develop and implement pediatric care strategies
• Support and mentor clinical staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork
• NHSC Approved Site for Educational Loan Assistance
THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Salaried position based on national benchmarks plus a Medical Director stipend
• CME Stipend and 5 days per calendar year
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance; as well as short term and long term disability
• Paid time off + paid holidays
• Retirement with 5% match for first 3 years then 6% thereafter
